Preferences
Personalize appearance, theme, and language for your workspace
Preferences let you tailor how the workspace looks and feels — appearance/theme, interface language, and other personal display settings. These are per-user and apply only to your account.
Preferences are personal. Changing your theme or language does not affect teammates. For account-wide configuration (email accounts, AI defaults, notifications), see Settings.
Where to Find Them
You can change the most common preferences in two places:
- Top bar — quick toggles for theme and language are always available in the header.
- Settings → General — the full list of preferences.
Appearance & Theme
Choose how the interface looks. The change applies instantly, no reload needed.
Color Mode
| Mode | Description |

| Light | Bright interface for well-lit environments |
| Dark | Reduced eye strain in low light |
| System | Automatically follows your operating system setting |
Theme Skins
Beyond light/dark, you can pick a theme skin that sets the accent color and surface style across the app:

| Flux | Default — clean blue accent |
| Glass | Frosted, translucent surfaces |
| Aero | Soft blue, airy |
| Graphite | Neutral, high-contrast |
| Prism | Vivid violet accent |
| Halo | Warm, glowing highlights |
| Slate | Muted, professional grays |
Theme skins work in both light and dark mode. Switching skin keeps your color mode (Light/Dark/System) unchanged.
To change your theme:
- Click the theme control in the top bar, or go to Settings → General → Theme.
- Pick a color mode (Light / Dark / System).
- Pick a theme skin.
- The interface updates immediately and your choice is remembered on this device.
Language
The interface is fully bilingual. Switching language updates menus, labels, and messages instantly.

To change your language:
- Click the language switcher (globe icon) in the top bar, or go to Settings → General → Language.
- Select English or Tiếng Việt.
- The interface re-renders in the selected language right away.
Language affects the interface only. Your data (lead names, campaign content, documents) is never translated.
